Lead-times and Shipping
Most of our products are custom made to your specifications. Our typical lead-times are 3-5 days, however depending upon what is ordered, lead-times can take up to 14 days before shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.

By placing an order with us you agree to the following:
I acknowledge that an accurate shipping address is my responsibility and have confirmed with Google maps that my address is accurate. I understand and agree that Johnson Company's responsibility for my order and parcel ends once in a common carrier's possession. I understand and agree that Johnson Company will not be held financially liable for shipments lost by common carrier.

Returns and Warranty
We stand by all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it. We warranty our items for one year from date of manufacture against workmanship and material defects.
Our suppressor covers are not designed for full auto or rapid strings of fire, they are designed for firearms at balanced, moderate firing cadence. Melted suppressor covers will not be replaced.

Order Change Request
After you place an order, it is placed in our work flow queue. Should you want to change your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order enters production, it cannot be changed since it is custom built to you specifications.

Custom Designs
If you are interested in a specific change to one of our products we will try to accommodate your request. If you would like a different color or camouflage pattern than what we have listed please contact us as we have access to a wide array of patterns and colors. Please contact us for a customized quote.
